Terms of Service

Creative Troves is operated by Creative Troves LLC ("Creative Troves", "we", "us", or "our"). Creative Troves provides creative intelligence and business execution systems — including social media management, video and commercial production, branding and design, lead generation, web and automation, and growth strategy.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Creative Troves. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Creative Troves provides creative and marketing services through project workspaces, team collaboration tools, and our marketplace. The specific scope of any engagement is described in the proposals we issue. We may update, add, or discontinue features over time, and we aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect an active engagement.

Where you engage us for services, we issue a proposal describing the scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. Approving a proposal creates a binding engagement for the described scope. Payment is processed by our payment provider, and a simulated payment flow may be used during development and testing. Unless stated otherwise in a proposal, fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

You agree not to misuse the platform. In particular, you will not:

• Use Creative Troves for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose.
• Upload or share content you do not have the right to share, or that is malicious, deceptive, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other users' accounts or data, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform, or use automated means to access it in a way that harms the service or other users.

The Creative Troves platform, its branding, and its underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content and materials you submit. Subject to your payment of applicable fees, we grant you the rights to the final deliverables we create for you as described in the relevant proposal. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.

Our marketplace lists creative packages and services. Listings, pricing, and availability are provided for information and may change. Where a purchase is made through the marketplace, the applicable scope, price, and delivery terms are those shown at the time of purchase.

Creative Troves integrates with third-party services such as Google Drive, advertising platforms (Meta and Google Ads), and payment providers. Our access to advertising platforms is read-only: we display performance data and never create, edit, or publish ads on your behalf. Your use of third-party services is also governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for those services.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep it reliable and accurate, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular business or marketing result will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Troves will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform or services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Creative Troves if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the platform or others. You may stop using the platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of Creative Troves after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Creative Troves is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
